STRANGE as I double click on the Virtual PC Console, and get "NTLDR is missing Press any key to restart" (loop). I did THOUGH share out the Documents folder to Vista Business x32 system (all updates as well) and I am able to open the EXACT file, over our network, I am NOT sure ho to get this Virtual PC to work.

No wonder you get crappy applications as well, even when those 3rd party idiots teamed up with Microsoft with the explicit intent to create Vista-compatible software. The default Vista wmp.dll is 11.0.6000.6324. It would be difficult for an application to *replace* that directly.
